Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Administrator to join our team! This role supports smooth company operations with a strong focus on inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, availability, and efficient use of operational assets. It oversees workflows and projects while serving as a central point of communication between cross-functional teams and leadership.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory systems, coordinating purchasing and stock levels, monitoring usage, and resolving inventory-related issues. The role also supports scheduling, budgeting, operational planning, project tracking, resource coordination, database maintenance, and continuous process improvement to optimize overall operational performance.

Duties

Inventory Management

Conduct EOM inventory reconciliation
Schedule and coordinate monthly cycle count for all locations
Monitor stock levels and provide any necessary resolution using inventory systems
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies for all locations
Participate in annual GMP and Year End audits
Monitor DTC inventory and OOS notifications
Research and clear processing issues for DTC inventory and orders
Maintain DTC packaging inventory
Order printed packaging materials as needed
Identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings
Lead new item setup and necessary attributes

Support the Operations team in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Work cross-functionally to coordinate order processing, production, and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate product flow

Oversee project tracking, resource coordination, and database maintenance while driving continuous process improvements

Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals
