Full Job Description

We are seeking experienced, professional and up-tempo candidate(s) to join our team! Specifically, American MRI is looking for individuals interested in becoming a " Intake coordinator" with our company at Multiple locations.

We currently have the following shift needs:

Full Time Monday- Friday 12pm-8pm and open availability for weekends able to rotate sites.

A successful candidate will have:

At minimum of 2-3 years of medical office experience in a patient facing role MRI Preferred not Mandatory.
A work history that demonstrates an ability to provide outstanding customer service in a face-to-face and over-the-phone setting
A proven ability to work in a team setting and MUST be able to Multi-task
An understanding that in a healthcare position, covering shifts with co-workers is a central part of the job (and vice versa)
The ability to be highly dependable, exceptional attendance and very detail oriented
A solid understanding of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, etc)
Medical office experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Strong references that speak to the above
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred *
TECH AIDE - Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough MRI safety screenings and ensure clearance for all patients prior to exams
Prepare MRI suites, including exam tables, coil selection, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
Assist with accurate patient positioning and anatomical landmarking for MRI procedures
Collect and document patient history; input accurate data into PACS and related systems
Provide clear communication and reassurance to patients before, during, and after exams
Always maintain strict adherence to MRI safety protocols
Support patient flow and overall efficiency in a high-volume outpatient environment
Ensure cleanliness and organization of MRI rooms and equipment
