As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers) and computer software (e.g., MS Office, electronic health records)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
