As a Fabricator, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by fabricating, repairing, modifying, and maintaining metal components, equipment, and tooling used throughout the plant.

Responsibilities may include:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting metal components
Fabricating parts and assemblies to precise measurements
Repairing and modifying production equipment and tooling
Using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
Maintaining quality standards and ensuring accuracy of work
Supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams
Following all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience using fabrication tools and shop equipment.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Bonus Skills:

MIG, TIG, or Stick Welding experience.
CNC machining experience.
Metal fabrication certifications.
Industrial plant or manufacturing experience.
