We specialize in a wide range of machinery, including skid steer loaders, tractors, excavators, and lawn mowers, supporting both small and large projects. Our commitment is to meet the needs of our customers with responsiveness and professionalism.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our online equipment sales efforts. This role involves managing the digital sales process, building strong customer relationships, and driving equipment sales through effective online strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for equipment sales, and the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline while supporting our dealership’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain company social media posts and advertising.
Develop and execute online sales strategies to attract and convert prospective customers across digital platforms.
Manage the entire online sales process from initial inquiry to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, including phone etiquette and client communication skills.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and optimize the sales pipeline.
Conduct outbound sales activities such as cold calling and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable automotive financing options, and upselling additional products or services.
Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability information online.
Support inventory control efforts by monitoring stock levels and assisting in retail math calculations for high-end sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
Lead sales team initiatives related to automotive industry best practices, including deal closing techniques and B2B (business-to-business) interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in equipment sales or retail sales management, particularly in dealership environments or equipment industry sales roles.
Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and inside equipment sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through outbound calls, upselling, and deal closing.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred).
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales support tools for managing customer relationships and pipelines.
Knowledge of equipment financing options, inventory management, and retail math principles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and record keeping.
Public speaking skills for presentations or dealership events are a plus.
Ability to build lasting customer relationships through excellent customer service practices.
