Are you currently working at a dealership and tired of flag hours, dealership politics, warranty work, or feeling like your skills aren't being rewarded?

Are you a Master Technician, A-Tech, diagnostic specialist, or dealer-level technician who can diagnose the problems other technicians can't?

Cordon’s Auto Repair is growing, and we're looking for a highly skilled technician who wants more than just another job.

We're building a team where experienced technicians can use their diagnostic abilities, work on a wide variety of vehicles, and have the opportunity to earn what they're actually worth.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

$80,000–$150,000+ per year depending on your ability, productivity, diagnostic skills, and experience.

We believe great technicians should have the opportunity to make great money.

The better you perform, the more you can earn.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dealer-level / Master Technicians
Experienced A-Techs
Strong diagnostic technicians
Advanced electrical and drivability experience
Ability to diagnose complex problems accurately
Strong CAN bus and electrical diagnostic knowledge
Experience using advanced scan tools and oscilloscopes
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
Someone who diagnoses problems instead of simply throwing parts at them
Efficient, organized, and quality-focused
Dependable and takes ownership of their work
ASE certifications are a plus
