We specialize in industrial construction, warehouse automation, conveyor systems, pallet racking, mezzanines, ASRS, industrial electrical, mechanical installation, facility retrofits, preventative maintenance, shutdowns, facility relocations, design-build construction, and complete turnkey project execution.
Our clients include Fortune 500 manufacturers, logistics providers, retailers, e-commerce companies, commercial real estate firms, facility management organizations, developers, and industrial owners throughout North America.
As part of our continued U.S. expansion, we are looking for an exceptional business leader to establish and grow MTLI’s South Central U.S. operations.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is an opportunity to build a business.
We are looking for an aggressive, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven leader who wants to build a market from the ground up. You won’t inherit a mature territory or an existing customer base. This role requires someone who is highly competitive, persistent, self-motivated, and driven to win.
If you are looking to simply manage existing accounts, this is not the opportunity for you.
If you want to build a region, create your own success, and become a key leader within one of North America’s fastest-growing industrial companies, we’d love to meet you.
