What You’ll Be Doing:
Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and company-provided leads.
Educate homeowners about our roofing and solar solutions and their benefits.
Conduct roof inspections and assess customer needs.
Assist clients with insurance claims for storm damage restoration.
Provide accurate quotes and guide customers through the sales process.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience (preferred but not required – we train the right candidate)
Roofing or solar industry experience (a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A passion for helping homeowners and growing in a fast-paced industry
