We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Site Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our apartment complexes. This role involves managing leasing activities, and overall compliance of the property. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to all regulatory standards. This is a 40 hour per week Monday through Friday position. Paid holidays, Paid PTO, Medical Flex Spending Card.

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations, answering telephones, scheduling recertifications, maintaining resident files.
Coordinate with site maintenance for repairs and upgrades
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and Rural Development requirements.
Utilize property management software for data entry, reporting, and record keeping
Handle conflict management with residents or staff professionally and efficiently
Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of property condition and maintenance activities

Experience

Minimum 3 year office experience, property management experience preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully
Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative support.
Excellent organizational skills, self starter, team player.
Possess valid driver's license with good driving record
Be able to pass a criminal background check

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
