Dual General Manager – Multi-Brand Hotels

Location: Bloomington, MN

Are you an experienced hotel leader ready to oversee multiple properties? We are seeking a Dual General Manager to lead the operations of two branded hotels. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven hospitality professional with proven success managing multiple brands, driving revenue, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position Summary

The Dual General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and financial performance of two hotel properties. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with daily operations while maintaining brand standards, maximizing profitability, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for all hotel operations at both properties.
Drive revenue growth through strong revenue management, sales initiatives, and expense control.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistently achieve brand quality scores.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop department leaders and associates.
Manage hotel budgets, forecasting, payroll, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.
Lead property inspections, brand audits, and capital improvement initiatives.
Foster a positive, service-focused culture across both hotels.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience overseeing multiple branded hotels.
Experience managing multiple hotel brands is required (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Choice, Wyndham, Best Western, or similar).
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, sales, labor management, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of guest service and brand quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
