Position Overview

We're looking for a sharp, personable, and driven individual to help us expand our professional network from our Roseville, CA office. Your primary job is simple: get the right people on our calendar.

This is a relationship-building role, not a scripted telemarketing job. You'll be reaching out to estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and other financial professionals to introduce them to NRN, generate genuine interest, and book discovery meetings for our team. Over time, as you learn our story and our process, you'll grow into running those conversations yourself — and eventually into a role developing your own referral sources and helping lead others we bring on under you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and outreach to estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and other centers of influence (COIs) across the country.

Book qualified discovery meetings for our NRN team — your primary metric is appointments set.

Build genuine rapport quickly and communicate our value proposition in a natural, conversational way.

Follow up with warm leads and managing your pipeline with clean CRM notes (Salesforce).

Sit in on intro and tour meetings to learn our full process from the ground up.

Partner with NRN leadership to refine outreach messaging based on what's resonating in the field.

Your Growth Path

Phase 1 — Outreach & Appointment Setting Learn our story and value proposition. Focus on generating interest and booking qualified meetings with CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and other professionals.

Phase 2 — Shadow & Learn the Intro Meeting Sit in on intro meetings and tours. Learn the language we use, the questions we ask, and how we present the Digital Family Office concept end-to-end.

Phase 3 — Run Intro Meetings Independently Once you've got the story down, begin running intro meetings on your own — walking professionals through the four pillars of NRN and what the network can do for them.

Phase 4 — Full-Cycle Business Development & Team Lead Own the full pipeline from outreach to onboarding, with compensation that reflects it — and as your referral network grows, help train and lead additional reps we bring on under you.

You're a natural on the phone — warm, confident, and never robotic

You're a genuine self-starter — you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to stay productive.

Sales or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker — drive and coachability matter more.

You listen more than you talk and can adapt your approach mid-conversation.

You're hungry and coachable — you take feedback seriously and implement it fast.

You carry yourself professionally in every interaction — you represent us before prospects ever meet us.

You have genuine curiosity about the financial and professional services world.

You want to grow into a closing and leadership role — this is a launchpad, not a ceiling.

Bonus points if you have experience in financial services, insurance, legal, or professional services sales. That said, we care more about how you communicate than what's on your resume.

This Role Is NOT For You If…

You need a fully scripted pitch and can't think on your feet.

You rely on high-pressure tactics — our network is built on trust and education, not pressure.

You're uncomfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.

You have no interest in learning the wealth management and financial planning space.

You're looking for a passive role — this requires consistent, proactive effort every day.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base pay, plus performance-based income that increases as you move from appointment-setting into full-cycle development. ($48,000 salary plus performance based income opportunity to earn up to $80,000)
