About Our Clinic

Peak Sports Chiropractic & Recovery is a sports-focused chiropractic clinic built on the philosophy that everyone is an athlete. We specialize in hands-on care, evidence-based rehabilitation, and performance-driven treatment. In addition to chiropractic and manual therapy, we incorporate advanced sports-medicine technologies to accelerate recovery and outcomes, including focused shockwave therapy, radial pressure shockwave, Class IV laser therapy, and spinal decompression.

Our schedule is consistently full, and we are looking to add a motivated associate chiropractor to help manage overflow patients and build their own patient base within a high-performance, sports-driven environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sports Chiropractor who is confident in manual adjusting, skilled in soft tissue treatment, and knowledgeable in exercise rehabilitation. This role offers significant autonomy, strong earning potential, exposure to advanced modalities, and flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough orthopedic and functional evaluations
Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments (manual adjusting required)
Provide soft tissue treatment (ART®, Graston®, or similar techniques)
Utilize and integrate focused shockwave, radial pressure shockwave, Class IV laser, and decompression when clinically appropriate
Prescribe and progress exercise-based rehabilitation programs
Educate patients on movement, recovery, and injury prevention
Build relationships with patients, local gyms, trainers, and sports organizations
Contribute to clinic growth through networking and community presence

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
Active California chiropractic license (or in process)
Strong manual adjusting skills
Certified or proficient in Active Release Techniques (ART®), Graston®, or comparable manual therapy
Solid understanding of exercise rehabilitation and functional movement
Interest in or experience with advanced modalities (training provided as needed)
Sports-minded, motivated, and self-driven

Schedule & Flexibility

Minimum: 3 working days per week
Wednesday is a mandatory workday
Otherwise, you may create your own schedule
Saturday availability strongly encouraged
We are currently closed on Saturdays
You would receive all new weekend patients, plus high demand from existing patients seeking weekend appointments

Compensation & Earning Potential

$20/hour base pay
40% commission on collections
Average clinic volume: ~3 patients per hour
Average visit value: ~$100 per visit

Estimated earning potential:

$150/hour (commission) + $20/hour base
≈ $170/hour total potential

Your initial schedule will include overflow from a consistently full doctor schedule, with additional income growth expected through your own patient acquisition.
