Independent Veterinary Sales Representative – California
1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Based | Multiple Territories Available

Alexander International Innovations, LLC is expanding its veterinary sales presence throughout California and is seeking experienced, relationship-driven independent sales representatives.

California has one of the largest and most active veterinary markets in the country. We are looking for motivated professionals who understand their local market and are ready to develop a protected territory with significant growth potential.

About the Opportunity

You will introduce veterinary hospitals, specialty and emergency practices, general practices, and other animal-health organizations to I2F®, a patented medical device designed to support more efficient medication preparation, improve vial access, and reduce avoidable medication waste.

This is an independent contractor opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clinical teams, and developing a territory over time. It is especially well suited for an established veterinary, medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales professional who wants to add an innovative product to their portfolio.

This position begins with a focus on veterinary medicine. As AII expands into the human healthcare market following the necessary regulatory clearance, established representatives will have the opportunity to grow with the company and represent I2F within eligible human healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop prospective veterinary accounts within an assigned California territory
Conduct in-person visits with veterinary hospitals and clinical teams
Present and demonstrate I2F to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, pharmacy personnel, and purchasing decision-makers
Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
Follow up on product evaluations, questions, and purchasing opportunities
Maintain accurate records of contacts, visits, and sales activity in the company CRM
Represent Alexander International Innovations professionally at local conferences, meetings, and networking events when appropriate
Collaborate with company leadership and other representatives to support market development

Who We’re Looking For

Previous veterinary, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or business-to-business sales experience preferred
Existing relationships within the veterinary community are strongly preferred
Comfortable entering veterinary facilities, initiating conversations, and conducting product demonstrations
Self-directed, dependable, and able to manage a territory independently
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Consistent follow-through and willingness to remain engaged throughout the sales process
Comfortable using email, video meetings, and a web-based CRM
Located in California and able to travel locally within the assigned territory
Access to reliable transportation

Compensation

1099 independent contractor position
Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
Increased commission opportunity based on sales performance
No income ceiling
Territory growth and recurring customer orders can create meaningful long-term earning potential
