Full Job Description

Job Summary

California Management company owns and manages all of our properties and

has been in business for over 35 years. We reward hard work while not overworking

our employees because we understand you are the backbone of our success. If you’re

looking to be a name rather than a number, we are the home for you.

Currently we are seeking an experienced full-time, on-site Resident Manager for our

beautiful 125-unit Citrus Heights, California community.

Salary will depend on experience. 1 or 2 bedroom apartment home is included in

compensation.

Duties Include:

 Leasing of the property including marketing and showing vacant units and screening

potential tenants

 Managing the community team of two full time maintenance and one full time leasing

agent

 Ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely,

efficient and courteous manner

 Charging ledgers and entering payments in a timely basis. Processing move-in and

move out paperwork, invoices and management reports.

 Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that the physical aspects of the

property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety,

cleanliness, and curb appeal.

Requirements:

 Minimum 3+ years residential property management experience with working

knowledge of tenant and eviction laws

 Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

Must live on-site

Preferences:

 College Degree

 CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
