Full Job Description

Ansync Circuits is looking for a detail-oriented team member who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and learning new skills. This is a dynamic role that combines procurement, logistics, inventory management, and project coordination in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

If you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.

No previous PCB industry experience is required—we provide training for every aspect of the position. However, experience with electronics, SMT components, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

Procurement & Project Support

Purchase electronic components and materials for production and engineering projects.
Work with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times.
Create purchase orders and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
Ensure projects are fully procured, kitted, and ready for production.
Support engineering with one-off prototype and R&D purchases.

Logistics

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Create shipping labels, documentation, and shipping memos.
Support receiving, routing, and project kitting.
Manage high-priority shipping requests and communicate status with customers and internal teams.
Coordinate reverse logistics and work with Accounting to close completed shipments.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
Verify component traceability and quantity-on-hand.
Organize inventory locations and maintain associated spreadsheets.
Provide inventory updates and feedback to project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working both at a computer and on your feet throughout the day.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable learning new software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SMT electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.).
Ability to read or learn to reference electronic component datasheets.
Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing, or electronics.
College coursework or related experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs.
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the facility.
