As a Data Analyst II, you'll work alongside clinical, operational, and quality leaders to transform data into meaningful insights that improve healthcare outcomes across our organization.

Hourly Pay: $37.95-$44.60

What You'll Do:

Build meaningful analytics by developing dashboards, reports, and automated data solutions that help leaders make informed decisions.
Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing clinical and operational data, uncovering trends, and supporting quality initiatives, including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other key performance measures.
Collaborate across departments to improve reporting processes, validate data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that enhance patient care and organizational performance.
Champion data integrity by maintaining reliable datasets, troubleshooting reporting issues, documenting methodologies, and supporting regulatory compliance and data governance.

Experience and Skills:

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently develop reports, dashboards, and data analyses that support business and operational decision-making.
Intermediate proficiency in SQL, including writing joins, aggregations, and performing data validation.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization or reporting tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or a similar platform.
Working knowledge of healthcare quality measures, including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other healthcare performance metrics.
