Full Job Description

What this job is, in one line

Keep Faujx’s day-to-day operations organized by handling data entry, administrative tasks, documentation, and routine coordination.

What you will do

Enter, update, and maintain accurate information across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
Organize documents, records, files, and other administrative information.
Assist with routine data collection, formatting, and verification.
Help keep internal records and operational information accurate and up to date.
Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and organizing information.
Assist with customer, candidate, or partner information as needed.
Support the team with research, list building, and other straightforward administrative tasks.
Communicate clearly with team members and follow established processes.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and help resolve it.
Complete recurring tasks reliably and on time.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and information updates.
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal records.
Organize and manage digital documents and files.
Review information for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks.
Conduct basic online research and compile information.
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and team coordination.
Keep administrative processes organized and up to date.
Work independently on clearly defined tasks.
Take ownership of assigned work and complete it without constant supervision.

Requirements

What you need

1–3 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, office administration, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online documents, and administrative systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to organize information and keep records up to date.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks consistently and accurately.
Able to follow established processes and instructions.
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.

Nice to have

Experience working remotely with a distributed team.
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
Experience with CRM, ATS, or other business systems.
Experience with basic online research and list building.
Experience supporting a startup or small business.
Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic data organization.
