Job Description

We are a busy civil litigation law firm seeking an Electronic File Clerk / Administrative Assistant to assist with processing and organizing electronic documents, photographs, videos, and other digital case materials.

This position is primarily computer-based and involves a high volume of document and file processing. The work is detail-oriented, repetitive, and requires someone who enjoys organization, consistency, and accuracy. Much of the day will be spent downloading, saving, renaming, uploading, and organizing electronic files received from clients, insurance companies, vendors, and other parties.

This is not a client-facing position or a fast-paced litigation role. We are looking for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes administrative work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and can stay focused while handling large amounts of electronic paperwork.

Requirements

1–2 years of office experience preferred
Strong computer and organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and PDF documents
Ability to accurately organize, save, rename, and upload files
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
Professional and friendly communication skills
Reliable, organized, and dependable

Primary Responsibilities

Process and organize incoming electronic documents, photographs, videos, and records
Save, rename, and upload files according to office procedures
Maintain organized electronic case files
Review client uploads and identify what materials were provided
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support as needed

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
