Full Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a fulfillment associate, you will be the behind-the-scenes driving force of our retail and wholesale sales by fulfilling orders and special requests worldwide! Responsibilities

Achieve individual and brand goals for “ship from store” and “store to store” productivity while complying with fulfillment standards and procedures
Ensure fulfillment area standards are maintained in an organized and clean manner
Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in fulfillment duties
Restock, organize and prepare merchandise for shipping
Proactively engage and learn to become fully proficient with digital components related to the position
Record and verify shipping information with all necessary documentation
Have all orders ready by UPS/USPS/FedEX/DHL pick up times
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships; respond to and resolve customer concerns and requests. This may include calling customers to clarify orders.
Assist team with managing incoming inventory
Responsible for physical inventory count as directed by leadership
Quality check inventory and report deficiencies
Make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction, customer retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings
Support and embody a positive brand culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
Efficiently complete tasks/special projects as assigned by brand leadership

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
College Degree Preferred
Strong organizational skills and highly motivated to excel in a fast paced, motivating environment
Ability to work effectively using electronic fulfillment system and inventory management systems
Basic computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
Interest in sustainable living and making an active effort to reduce individual footprint
Prior fulfillment experience preferred
Prior experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
Desire to grow professional skillset
Capability to lift objects (up to 30lb) with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and be comfortable squatting, kneeling, and crouching
Ability to work effectively with peers and leadership to accomplish tasks
Ability to work independently and in a group environment
Take pride and care in orders you fulfill for our customers
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays preferred
Must have open availability during peak season. Hours may vary and flexibility is a must. Our replenishment demands are time-sensitive - finalizing orders is the priority.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
