Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
Supervise kitchen management, including inventory control, food production, and cost management.
Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions.
Develop and execute staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
Monitor budget adherence, control expenses, and identify opportunities for revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with supervisory responsibilities.
Extensive knowledge of food industry operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
Strong background in food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and supervising diverse teams.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prior experience in restaurant management roles such as assistant manager or general manager preferred.
Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Familiarity with hotel or catering environments is a plus; culinary or hospitality management background highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
