Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
Schedule appointments efficiently, balancing patient needs and provider availability
Verify patient insurance information and assist with financial arrangements
Explain treatment plans clearly, addressing patient questions and concerns
Coordinate with dental providers to ensure timely delivery of care and follow-up appointments
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software
Support administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and processing payments with precision

Experience

Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures enhances communication with patients and staff
Proven ability to support medical administrative functions with attention to detail
Office experience demonstrating excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
Familiarity with dental office workflows, including scheduling software and insurance processing, is a plus
