Weekend availability is required. Providers must be available to work either Saturday evenings or Sundays as part of their regular schedule.

The Type of Doctor We’re Looking For

We are a busy, growing dental practice with an established patient flow and a strong support team. This is an opportunity for a doctor who wants to work, produce, and build momentum.

We are looking for a provider who values availability, consistency, reliability, and productivity. In our experience, the doctors who do exceptionally well here are the ones who show up consistently, make themselves available to patients, and focus on providing excellent dentistry rather than trying to structure their day around the minimum number of hours or patients.

There is work to do. There are patients to treat. We are looking for a doctor who wants that opportunity.

Our doctors are supported so they can focus on what they were trained to do: dentistry. Our team handles scheduling, patient acquisition, administrative support, and the day-to-day systems required to keep the practice moving.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

This Position May Not Be the Right Fit If:

You are primarily looking for a highly restricted schedule, a predetermined maximum number of patients per day, frequent schedule changes, or a position built around minimizing clinical hours.

We respect that different doctors want different practice environments. Our environment is best suited for a doctor who wants to be busy, wants consistency, and wants the opportunity to produce.

Clinical Ownership & Accountability

We provide the patients, team, systems, scheduling, and administrative infrastructure so our doctors can focus on dentistry. In return, we expect every provider to take full responsibility for the clinical aspects of the care they provide to our clinic's patients.

Our doctors are expected to:

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Write clear and complete lab prescriptions for the cases they treat.
Learn and effectively use our practice management software for clinical documentation and treatment planning.
Enter and maintain accurate treatment plans so the team can properly present, schedule, and coordinate care.
Ensure clinical findings, diagnoses, recommended treatment, and necessary follow-up are properly documented.
Communicate clear clinical instructions to assistants, administrative staff, laboratories, and other providers when appropriate.
Follow through on the clinical aspects of cases they initiate or treat.
Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and completeness of their clinical work.

The clinic provides the patients and the infrastructure. The team supports the process. The doctor owns the clinical responsibility for the care they provide.

We don't expect a new provider to know our software and systems on day one. We do expect every provider to learn them, use them consistently, and take responsibility for completing the clinical components of their work.

Our goal is to remove unnecessary administrative distractions so our doctors can concentrate on dentistry - not to transfer the doctor's clinical responsibilities to the rest of the team.
