With a presence in numerous countries, the brand has become a leading name in the bridal industry, helping thousands of brides find the perfect dress for one of the most important days of their lives.

We are looking for a passionate Bridal Sales Consultant to help make each client’s bridal dream come true. If you are ready to be part of something special and support brides in finding their perfect gown, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do:

Provide personalized service: You'll be the go-to expert, guiding our clients through every step of their journey from the first consultation to the final fitting and delivery of their dress.
Drive sales: Help us achieve our sales goals by offering tailored service that matches our clients’ needs and ensures they find the perfect dress for their big day.
Keep things running smoothly: You’ll assist with store operations like stock management, inventory, liaising with suppliers, and making sure all alterations and fittings are on track.
Uphold our standards: Maintain Rosa Clará’s high standards of store presentation and customer service, creating a beautiful and unforgettable experience for every client.

What we’re looking for:

At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in bridal fashion or high-end retail.
Tailoring knowledge and experience with personalized sales would be a big plus.
Strong English skills and Spanish is appreciated.
Comfort with tools like Excel and digital systems.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A genuine passion for bridal fashion and providing top-notch customer service.
