Location: Hart, Michigan

Current Open Positions Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Range: $35.10 – $43.15 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Range: $28.23 – $34.70 per hour

RN Nurse Unit Manager (Night Shift)

Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary: $78,200 – $96,762 annually

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Our nurses work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure every resident receives quality, compassionate, and individualized care.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Supervise, support, and direct nursing assistants in the delivery of resident care.
Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure each resident's comprehensive plan of care is maintained.
Ensure nursing personnel follow established policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
Participate in state and federal surveys and inspections conducted by authorized agencies.
Complete resident admissions, transfers, and discharges accurately and efficiently.
Safely administer medications and treatments by verifying the correct resident, medication, route, dosage, and time before administration.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

Current Michigan RN or LPN license in good standing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
