Business Office Manager - Sierra Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care

Sierra Oaks is a premier Assisted Living & Memory Care facility dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to our residents and their families. We offer a warm and welcoming environment where residents can live comfortably and thrive with dignity.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Office Manager to join our team. The Business Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility's administrative functions, including financial management, billing, human resources, payroll, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility's business office, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
Coordinate and process resident billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records.
Handle inquiries and concerns from residents, families, and staff regarding billing and financial matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other department heads as needed.

Qualifications:

Two Year Associated Degree, or three or more years' experience in office management, including bookkeeping and human resources responsibilities.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of state regulations governing assisted living and memory care facilities preferred.
