Production Worker – Fiberglass Manufacturing

Position Summary

Pinnacle Platforms is seeking dependable, hardworking Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This position is involved in multiple stages of the production process for fiberglass aerial lift buckets and related products. No prior fiberglass experience is required—we will provide training. However, industrial painting experience is highly desirable and previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with various stages of fiberglass lift bucket production
Prepare molds and materials for manufacturing operations
Trim, sand, grind, and finish fiberglass components
Assist with assembly and installation of hardware and accessories
Prepare products for painting and finishing operations
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
Inspect products for quality and workmanship standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Support team members in meeting production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

No experience required; training provided
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Painting or industrial finishing experience is a plus
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to producing high-quality products

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment involving dust, noise, and varying temperatures
