TK Injury Lawyers – Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
About TK Injury Lawyers
TK Injury Lawyers is a boutique plaintiff's personal injury law firm representing individuals and families in serious injury and wrongful death cases throughout Texas. We intentionally maintain a selective caseload so we can devote exceptional attention to every client while aggressively pursuing outstanding results.
Our goal is not to become the biggest personal injury firm in Texas - we're building one of the best. We intentionally maintain a manageable caseload so our team can provide exceptional legal representation rather than simply process files. We invest heavily in our people, our systems, and our clients, and we're looking for professionals who want to build a long-term career while helping us continue to grow.
As our firm expands, we're seeking an experienced, highly organized paralegal who can manage both pre-litigation and litigation files while helping us build efficient systems that support our next stage of growth.
Position Summary
This position combines substantive litigation paralegal responsibilities with pre-litigation case management.
While much of our current inventory consists of pre-litigation matters, we are expanding our litigation practice and need someone comfortable managing files throughout the entire life of a case - from intake through trial preparation.
The ideal candidate is a true plaintiff's personal injury paralegal who possesses the training, experience, and confidence to independently prepare written discovery, draft routine pleadings and litigation documents, manage deadlines, and move litigation forward with minimal attorney supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of cases, working directly with experienced trial attorneys, and helping build a growing law firm.
This is a hybrid position based in Austin. During your onboarding period, you'll work primarily from our office while learning our procedures and demonstrating reliability. Once you've established your work ethic and become proficient with our systems, you'll enjoy significant work-from-home flexibility based on performance.
