Job Summary

Our 23 yr. old company is looking for a Residential Reconstruction Project Manager to manage our rapidly growing construction customers. This is a great financial and long-term career opportunity for an individual who is well organized, driven, ambitious and willing to work hard! Applicant must have excellent communication skills, insurance restoration industry experience required, Xactimate experience required, dependable subcontractor base a plus and self motivated. Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Responsibilities of the Project Manager are:

Manage construction crews and projects to maximize customer service experience. Also, ensure that company, TPA and insurance companies protocols and standards are being carefully followed.
Coordinate job scheduling, supervise crews, materials and billing reconciliations.
Ensure that the job sites customers, equipment, subcontractors, and employee safety standards are being followed.
Establish and maintain customer, adjuster and insurance company relationships.
Manage budgets, profitability and quality standards on all projects from start to finish.
Manager must be dependable, a team player, able to resolve problems quickly and must lead by example

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years construction project manager experience in water and fire restoration
Proficient in reading and implementing estimates in Xactimate
Manage crews, budgets, profitability and our company/ ins. carrier quality standards
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
A leader that is self-motivated, responsible and accountable
Ability to recognize, manage and solve problems independently
Excellent in quality control and Customer Service
Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and pass background check
