High-Ticket Investment CloserFull-Time | $100K–$300K+ PotentialDescription

We're looking for a true closer—someone who knows how to take control of a conversation, build certainty, and confidently move deals forward over the phone.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We're looking for professionals who have a proven history of closing high-value transactions and want to step into a business with significant earning potential.

We operate in the energy and industrial services sector, working alongside major operators and high-level investors. You'll be speaking with qualified prospects and guiding them through sophisticated investment opportunities.

What You'll Do

Conduct high-level phone conversations with qualified prospects
Build trust, create certainty, and confidently close investment opportunities
Follow a proven sales process (we'll refine your edge—not teach you how to sell)
Handle objections involving money, timing, and risk
Work directly with company leadership on active opportunities

What We're Looking ForRequired

Proven closing experience
Strong phone presence—confident, direct, and in control
Comfortable discussing $50,000–$200,000+ investment decisions
Competitive mindset—you care about winning

Strongly Preferred

Private placement and/or oil & gas experience
Existing relationships within the energy, investment, or financial services industries
An established book of business or existing investor/client relationships is a strong plus
Background in high-ticket sales, financial sales, alternative investments, or Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I)
Experience raising capital or working with accredited investors is a plus

Compensation

Uncapped earning potential
Realistic earnings: $100,000–$300,000+
Top performers earn significantly more
