Administrative & Office Operations

Manage office organization, filing systems, and digital records
Monitor and manage Restaurant email and communication
Monitor inventory and ordering for office supplies and uniforms
Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and business information
Manage CARES reports and communicate appropriately
Manage Accounts Payables by tracking, entering, and paying invoices
Support operational projects and administrative needs for restaurant leadership
Handle incoming calls, emails, and team member inquiries professionally
Maintain and submit End of Month Packet

Compliance & Record keeping

Maintain labor law postings and required documentation
Assist with workers’ compensation, incident reporting, and safety documentation
Track employee certifications, licenses, and required training
Support audits and ensure accurate record retention practices

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative, HR, or office management experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR/payroll systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
