Wellness Expert Job Description

As a Wellness Expert you are the face of The Flower Shop Pharmacies and are empowered to create transformational experiences for our patients. You are a strong communicator and have a passion for learning about others. You constantly seek to acquire knowledge of our products and services with the practical use case in mind. As you uncover your Patient’s needs, you expertly craft custom solutions and personalized recommendations for each with enthusiasm. You are responsible for positive control of inventory and accurate reconciliation of receivables while operating expertly within state guidelines.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Greet and check in patients.

· Manage the flow of patients from the lobby into the main sales floor.

· Answer phone calls, take messages, and manage all voicemail messages in a timely manner.

· Advise Patients on Marijuana and Marijuana Products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.

· Keep abreast of new Marijuana and Marijuana Products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research – especially related to True North Pharmacies products and promotions.

· Process Patients’ payments using the Pharmacy's Point of Sale (POS) system.

· Ensure all Patients have the necessary identification/Patient Card, and everything is appropriately documented and recorded prior to transacting the sale.

· Ensure the Pharmacy is always clean and well-organized.

· Educate Patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis products, dosing, and consumption methods, as applicable.

· Take/manage inventory of Marijuana and Marijuana Products, ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked and all sales are appropriately tracked and documented.

Other duties assigned as needed by management.

Requirements:

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Pass a federal background check

.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
