As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

Drive Results: Convert warm leads to loyal customers by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Communicate with Impact: Present confidently and clearly—whether on calls, emails, or video meetings.
Own Your Pipeline: Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and document all client interactions thoroughly.

Grow Every Day: Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and personal development sessions.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced: At least 1 year of sales or high-volume phone experience.

We believe in rewarding performance. Here’s what you can expect:

Base Salary: Starting at $26,000+ (based on experience)
Commission: 4%+ tiered, uncapped
Average Deal Size: $3000
Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000+ (includes paid training)
Year 2 OTE: $137,000+ average
Top Performers: Currently tracking $200,000+ annually
