Full Job Description

Job Overview

Eastpointe Country Club is seeking an organized, creative, and service-oriented Administrative & Member Communications Coordinator to support daily administrative operations while serving as a key resource for member communications, digital content, and employee onboarding. This position works closely with department directors, Human Resources, Accounting, and club leadership to ensure exceptional service for both members and employees.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and has strong communication, graphic design, and administrative skills. Responsibilities include coordinating employee onboarding, creating member communications, managing digital content, supporting club activities, and providing administrative assistance across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Member Communications & Marketing

· Create flyers, signage, digital graphics, and promotional materials for dining, golf, tennis, fitness, social events, and club activities.

· Coordinate communication approvals with multiple departments.

· Prepare weekly member emails, event reminders, dining specials, announcements, and member notices.

· Develop welcome packets and member information materials.

· Maintain branding consistency across all member communications.

· Manage member email subscription preferences.

· Assist members with website access, password resets, and online account support.

Member Programs & Club Activities

· Serve as staff liaison for member interest groups and club activities.

· Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings and club programs.

· Assist with scheduling, communication, and support for member events and activities.

Website & Digital Content

· Assist with updating the club website with weekly menus, dining specials, event information, and announcements.

· Maintain event calendars and registration information.

· Ensure online content remains accurate and current.

Print & Display Management

· Maintain content on clubhouse television displays.

· Print and distribute flyers and promotional materials throughout the club.

· Produce printed collateral for club dining and special events.

Administrative & Operational Support

· Assist with Board, committee, and club meeting logistics.

· Support department heads with administrative projects.

· Help coordinate Zoom meetings and virtual communications as needed.

· Provide exceptional service to members by assisting with administrative requests as needed.

Human Resources Assistance

· Serve as a secondary liaison for our club’s HR lead.

· Provide support with new hire onboarding and related documentation as needed.

· Assist with I-9 employment eligibility verification when needed.

· Direct employee benefits and insurance questions to the appropriate HR resource.

Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

· 2+ years of administrative, communications, marketing, HR, or hospitality experience preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software preferred.

· Experience updating websites and digital content management systems preferred.

· Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

· Friendly, professional, and member-focused attitude.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Experience

· Private club, hospitality, country club, resort, or customer service experience.

· Graphic design and email marketing.

· Website content management.

· HR onboarding or administrative support.

· Event coordination.
