Full Job Description

BNL Consulting is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating professionally, and helping a small business run smoothly.

The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the company. This role will report to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities may include managing documents, assisting with scheduling, supporting internal communications, data entry, financial reporting, and helping with other administrative tasks as needed.

This is a part-time position (12 hours per week) and is not expected to become full-time. This role is hybrid. 60% of weekly hours must be worked from our office location in Royston, GA. Remaining weekly hours may be worked from home or in office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to company leadership and staff
Assist with scheduling meetings
Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records
Assist with data entry
Support onboarding, HR, or compliance-related administrative tasks as needed
Help coordinate internal processes, forms, and employee communications
Assist with financial reporting and light bookkeeping
Keep inventory of office supplies and marketing materials; reorder as needed
Assist with keeping inventory of IT assets
Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior administrative, office, or clerical experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments independently
Confident & experienced using Microsoft Office and Outlook, particularly Excel
Reliable, responsive, and trustworthy
