Job Title: Business Banking Associate Supervisor

Location: Rugby, Minot, New Town, Parshall or Watford City

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a group of Business Banking Associates who provide administrative support to Business Bankers as well as providing a high level of sales, marketing, and operations support to an assigned team of Business Bankers or other Managers.

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills by holding teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of discipline, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals as outlined in the Traction Framework
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with the public and other departments within the bank
Keen attention to detail

Background & Experience

High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of consumer lending or commercial loan processing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
