Automotive Service Manager / Service Advisor – Luxury & European VehiclesJoin a Growing Independent Luxury Dealership

We are a rapidly growing, locally owned independent pre-owned luxury dealership seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Service Manager to lead our service operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

If you have a strong background working with German and European luxury brands and know how to keep customers informed while managing repairs, parts, and warranty claims, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through delivery.
Accurately write repair orders and communicate customer concerns to technicians.
Coordinate and order OEM and aftermarket parts.
Process and manage warranty claims efficiently.
Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs with customers.
Schedule and prioritize workflow to maximize shop productivity.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Volkswagen, and other European/import luxury vehicles is a plus!
Strong understanding of automotive parts sourcing and ordering.
Experience processing warranty claims and service documentation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with dealership management software is a plus.
