About us

Naturally Aesthetic is a premier medical spa and wellness center located in Rumson, NJ. We specialize in injectable, skincare, and wellness services designed to enhance ones natural beauty.

We are looking for a Lead Medical Assistant to join our team and fulfill an long term role. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical terminology, experience in a medical clinical setting, managerial experience, and excellent customer service skills. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing pre and post treatment care, preparing medications as directed, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed such as MA scheduling & training support. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, highly professional, and have a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist NP with patient care including pre and post-treatment set ups.
Record patient medical histories and treatment notes accurately.
Managing patient photos.
Prepare and administer medications as directed by NP.
Schedule patient appointments and maintain medical records.
Check patients out when services are completed.
Answer patient questions and provide information on aesthetic-related topics.
Assist with minor non-surgical procedures such as injectables.
Answer phones and emails as needed.

Must Haves:

At least 1 year of MA Experience.
General knowledge of medical spa services such as Botox and Filler. Further training will be provided a needed.
Meticulous and timely electronic charting.
Ability to maintain a sterile, tidy, organized work environment at all times.
Positive, professional personality with strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent customer service skills.

M-F 25-35 hour per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
