About the job

Regional Property Manager (Travel Required)

Location: Based out of Home Office Lakewood Ranch, Travel Required

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Some evenings/weekends as needed)

Our success starts with strong leadership — and we’re looking for a Regional Property Manager who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio of communities, mentor onsite teams, and ensure our standards for quality, performance, and appearance are met at every level.

Position Overview

As a Regional Property Manager, you’ll oversee multiple residential communities and play a key role in driving profitability, performance, and resident satisfaction. You’ll provide leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to onsite management and maintenance teams while ensuring all communities meet company and compliance standards.

This position is based out of the home office and requires regular travel to assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and support Community Managers and Service Teams to ensure operational excellence.
Recruit and onboard qualified property-level staff, conduct annual performance reviews, and identify training needs.
Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations.
Conduct monthly property inspections to ensure communities are well-maintained and free of deferred maintenance.
Manage property financial performance — monitor budgets, review payables, and control expenses.
Approve purchase orders and invoices (up to $5,000) and ensure accurate coding and documentation.
Oversee capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from planning to completion.
Perform lease and file audits for compliance and accuracy.
Review market surveys, rent pricing, and occupancy data to ensure competitive performance.
Enforce company standards for uniforms, professional appearance, and office presentation.
Maintain consistent communication with property teams and Corporate Management.
Experience in Managing Commercial Assets a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of multi-site property management experience (conventional multifamily strongly preferred)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience

Proficiency with AppFolio, Microsoft Teams, and general property management software

In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and OSHA regulations

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
