What You’ll Do
As our Chef Manager, you’ll take ownership of the dining experience:
- Craft scratch-made meals and seasonal menus that nourish and inspire
- Lead and train a small, dedicated culinary team
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
- Provide exceptional catering for school events (occasional nights/weekends)
- Foster a positive kitchen culture and build lasting relationships with your school community
Qualifications
- 5+ years of culinary experience (required)
- 3+ years in a management role (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of current food trends, kitchen operations, and cost control
- A passion for food, service, and team leadership
