Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who enjoys providing excellent customer service and is willing to assist wherever needed. This is a cross-trained position that supports the overall operation of the hotel. You will assist with front desk operations, housekeeping, and light maintenance duties. Every shift is different, and you will help ensure our guests have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Check guests in and out efficiently.
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Assist with housekeeping duties when needed, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, unclogging minor drains, and reporting larger maintenance issues.
Deliver guest amenities, linens, towels, and supplies throughout the hotel.
Assist with laundry and other operational tasks as needed.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel environment.
Work as a team to ensure all departments operate smoothly.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work throughout the property during the shift.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
