Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a RN Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence within our facility.

Nursing Supervisor Duties

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients, particularly those with complex needs such as dementia.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including procedures such as sutures and spinal taps.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes in critical care settings.
Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff, fostering professional development and best practices in patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Nursing Supervisor Requirements

Current nursing license (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
Proven experience in a Skilled nursing facility setting
Strong clinical skills with proficiency in patient care management and emergency response.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as PCC
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead effectively under pressure.
Compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to improving health outcomes for all patients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
