Moon Brook Medicine is growing, and we're looking for an Associate Acupuncturist to join our collaborative and compassionate team.

This position is ideal for someone who believes in the power of Chinese medicine, values meaningful patient relationships, and is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally. We welcome practitioners who are interested in expanding their skills by incorporating functional medicine approaches alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine. Whether you already have experience with these modalities or are eager to learn, we provide mentorship and coaching within a supportive team environment.
About Our Practice
Moon Brook Medicine is a thriving general practice treating a wide variety of conditions, including:
- Women's health
- Digestive disorders
- Pain
- Autoimmune conditions
- Allergies and asthma
While we treat patients of all ages, our primary focus is caring for adult patients, especially women.
Our philosophy is centered on identifying and treating the root cause while building lasting relationships through excellent communication, education, and collaborative care. We maintain an intentional clinic flow, seeing approximately 2–3 patients per hour, allowing you to provide focused, effective care while working within efficient systems that support both practitioners and patients.
We pride ourselves on fostering a respectful, collaborative workplace where providers support one another, communicate openly, and continually grow together. Individual and team meetings (via Zoom or in person) are a regular part of maintaining that culture.
Position Details
We are hiring either a part-time or full-time Associate Acupuncturist.
Schedule Requirements
- One weekend day is preferred but not required.
- One to two weekday evenings are required (finished by 7:00 PM at the latest).
- Part-time: approximately 12–18 hours per week.
- Full-time: approximately 35 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Part-Time
- Commission-based compensation
- $35 per patient appointment (not including new patient appointments)
- 20% commission on herbs, supplements, and topical products sold
- Part-time position is not eligible for PTO or 401k
- Continuing education stipend
- Relocation assistance
Full-Time (30+ hours per week)
- $35–45 per patient appointment, depending on experience, (not including new patient appointments)
- 20% commission on herbs, supplements, and topical products sold
- Two weeks of PTO annually starting after 6 months of employment
- Retirement benefits after two years of employment
- Continuing education stipend
- Relocation assistance
