We specialize in crafting staircases that combine functionality, aesthetic beauty, and precision engineering. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced welder to join our team and help create innovative staircase solutions.

Quality, professionalism and courtesy to our customers is a must!

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Weld various metal components using TIG, & MIG processes.
Assemble fabricated items and weld working from engineered drawings, CAD drawings, sketches or verbal instructions.
Demonstrate reliability and consistency in your work with attention to detail.
Proficiency with the use of measuring tools used in the fabrication process (measuring tapes, CAD drawings, etc).
Know fractions, decimals and the ability to convert fractions and decimals.
Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision and also as part of a team.
Be comfortable with heights using safety harnesses.
Practice good housekeeping by keeping your work area and equipment clean.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, stooping, climbing and lifting up to 75 lbs. while wearing required PPE.
Must demonstrate strong mathematical skills and conduct accurate measurements.
Must be eligible to work in the United States, valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
