We are very proud of our Team. GEICO is the #1 Auto Insurance Company in Arizona. With one of the highest close rates in the State, Sales Agents average 50 -100 plus new policy sales a month! TOP Sales Agents earn over $85,000 a year. Untapped income potential. If you are a Top Sales Producer, this is the opportunity to join a WINNING sales team!

In addition to a starting salary of $35,000 - $50,000 a year plus untapped commission) that can range between $1,000 to $4,000 a month, we also have monthly/quarterly sales contests that can earn you and additional $1,000 a month.
You will be coached and trained by our "Performance Coach" who was our Top Producer and learn from one of the best!
You will be provided hundreds of WARM leads a month from insurance shoppers who quoted their insurance on GEICO.com. NO MORE dialing internet leads who had no intent to purchase.
This is a fast-paced sales organization with a lot to offer.

Job Requirements:

Personal Lines or P&C Insurance Licensed
A great self-starter
Quote and Bind Insurance
Cross Sell Other Lines of Business
Strong Computer Skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and various Windows Applications
High school or Equivalent
Sales Experience

Responsibilities

Lead Procurement, B2B/B2C Marketing, Social Media Networking, Attend Events, Local Chamber Meetings, BNI Groups
Utilize computer skills to manage client information and documentation efficiently.
Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, including Personal Lines and Property & Casualty Licenses.
Engage in sales activities to promote GEICO products and services.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Utilize Microsoft Word / Excel for reporting and data management tasks.
Build referral networks that generate high quality clientele for GEICO Gilbert.

Work Remotely:

In Office (Remote may be available for Sunday Shift)
