Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing the profitability of our real estate investments.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Prepare and manage budgets for property operations while monitoring expenses.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and administrative documents related to property management.
Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service and phone etiquette.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of residential property management is required
Strong skills in sales, conflict management, facilities management, and administrative tasks are essential.
Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
