What we're looking for:
This position is designed for people who want to build a long-term career in the trades. The first stage of that journey involves substantial physical labor, job-site support, excavation, demolition, material handling, and learning how professional plumbing and pool repair crews operate. Candidates who embrace those responsibilities and perform them well can progress into independent repair work and advanced technical training.
During the first stage of development, success in this role is measured primarily by reliability, work ethic, job-site support, and the ability to help the crew complete work safely and efficiently.
If you're mechanical and have some trade experience, if you enjoy a hard day's work and want to start a career, send us your resume.
