Full Job Description

Sweis Inc is a family owned and operated professional beauty products distributor, servicing professional hair stylists and salons for over 25 years. Sweis Inc is now hiring a Part Time Keyholder (Store Sales Associate) with retail store front experience for our Roseville, CA Sweis Store. In this role, you shape how the company is perceived, maintaining a polished, professional look compliantly ensures consistency with our brand identity.

The Keyholder reports directly to the Store Manager, this is an hourly non-exempt position, pays $17.90 per hour, plus commissions, and eligible for overtime. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM, opportunity to work extended hours as needed for store operations. Retail store front experience in the beauty industry is a huge plus. This position requires on-site presence, reporting to work on time, no remote work available. Local Roseville, CA residents with retail store front experience are highly encouraged to apply. Job Essentials & Job Responsibilities

Must own reliable transportation to enable reporting to work on time as scheduled
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service both in-person and on the phone
Must be able to work well with others, assist in merchandising, education sessions, and process point of sale (POS) transactions compliantly seamlessly
Must be able to support Store Manager maintain accurate in-store inventory and sold merchandise
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites, Word, Excel, etc.
Must be able to gain beauty products knowledge and convey understanding of products to professional hair stylists in a pleasant and professional manner

Job Requirements:

1 - 2 years retail store front experience as a sales associate
Interest in and/or experience in hair care, makeup and beauty supplies
Exceptional customer service experience, trainable, and coachable
Effective communication, in person and pleasant phone presence
Proficient in MS Office Suites, social media savvy, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds seamlessly
Must be able to adhere to the company's store dress code, reporting to work camera ready at all times.
Must own reliable transportation to be able to report to work in Roseville, CA
