Independent Contractor – Client Solutions Advisor (Debt Settlement)

Uncapped Earning Potential | Draw + Commission | $150k+ in Year One Possible

Location: In-Office, Not Remote, located in Sacramento, CA 95834
Structure: Independent Contractor (1099) – Draw Against Commission

About the Opportunity

We are seeking competitive, motivated sales professionals to partner with us as Independent Contractors in the debt settlement space. This role is all about live transfer calls — you’ll be speaking directly with people who have already expressed interest in debt relief services.

This is not a traditional “employee” job. As an Independent Contractor, you have full control over your schedule and effort. The harder you push, the more you can earn. For ambitious performers, $150,000+ in your first year is absolutely within reach.

This position is a draw against commission, not a traditional hourly position. The draw provides you with income while you're building your pipeline, and as you begin closing deals, your commissions offset the draw. The goal is to give you some financial stability upfront while also providing the opportunity to earn significantly more than you would in a typical hourly role.

What You’ll Do

Take live transfer calls from warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
Build trust quickly, listen closely, and guide clients toward solutions.
Manage your calls and workflow with professionalism and detail.
Set and crush your own performance goals — your income is in your hands.
Pursue growth opportunities, including potential leadership roles as our network expands.
