Full Job Description

This position supports data collection, analysis, and reporting regarding IYT’s Junior Mentor
Fellowship.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain data systems for members and participants (attendance, service hours, surveys).
Support timesheet submission and compliance for AmeriCorps members.
Assist with report generation and dashboard review for internal learning and external
reporting.
Coordinate member communications about training, surveys, and development opportunities.
Responsible for collecting, organizing, and submitting all required supporting
documentation for fiscal reports

Requirements

Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00 pm. Occasional weekends and evenings

Work Environment: This position works out of the HQ office in Sacramento

Travel Frequency: Travel is required for organizational wide events and trainings

Physical Requirements: This role is in a stationary position 50% or more of the time

Biweekly Living allowance amount:
- Sacramento
  - $1,250.21 for 40 hours per week (1700 hours)

Earn an Education Award upon completion of program requirements
- Eligible to earn up to an additional $4,546.50 towards student loans and college expenses.
Student Loan Deferment, (for all loans that qualify)
Leadership Development training that prepare fellows to be leaders in their communities
Wellness workshops designed to support fellows’ mental health, wellness, and personal empowerment.
Mileage reimbursement will be provided for any travel outside of the assigned region.

Term of Service: March 2026 – December 2026

Education & Experience

Related Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
Previous data collection and analysis experience preferred.
Computer Skills
High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace
(Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), and Zoom for virtual collaboration.
