Full Job Description

We are a rapidly growing event marketing and brand promotions company specializing in live marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and experiential marketing events. We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotional marketing, public relations, customer engagement, brand management, and live event coordination. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting promotional events and marketing campaigns while helping create memorable customer experiences that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
Support event setup, displays, promotional materials, signage, and on-site event operations
Engage directly with customers and event attendees to represent client brands, products, and services
Increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and consumer awareness during promotional events
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
Assist with presentations, community outreach initiatives, and promotional marketing efforts
Deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced event and retail environments
Maintain organized event materials, campaign reports, and marketing documentation
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, reporting, and record management
Participate in ongoing training programs, team meetings, and professional development workshops

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred but not required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and outgoing attitude
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in event marketing, brand promotions, customer engagement, advertising, or public relations
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, sales, or promotions is a plus but not required
